Three people later and a refusal to call the financial manager of my accounts (Cynthia white) I got a simple cashiers check... only took an hour this time. Avoid this branch unless absolutely dire.
I absolutely hate this bank. I went there with a photo ID and a Social Security card To get my debit card temporarily replaced they told me I had to make an appointment to get my card temporary replaced so that whole weekend I had to go without money without a debit card because they simply couldn’t go in the back and grab me one like they did when I made an appointment. So after the appointment I called around to other Bank of America they told me that I didn’t have to make an appointment to come in JUST to get a card just come in. Then on my appointment date I asked them to delete my old number and change it to my new number they put the new number in but didn’t delete the old number so I still can’t get into my mobile banking app so not only are they turning people away who need a card they’re also not doing their job right. Strongly thinking about moving to Suncoast completely.
Terrible. Everytime i come in here 1 teller and line out door. Are they really that cheap that they cant hire more people???
Love this place always say hi with nice smile. Especially when they call me Mr Pons.
