Called to ask about a puppy and said no they don’t have it and hung up. Rude! Didn’t even ask if there was anything else I was looking for or bye! Great customer service???!Nope.
We are so happy we added Oscar to our family.
This place has gone to hell.. it is run down it smells soo soo bad as soon as you open the door you are hit with a nasty smell.. the play pen areas are nasty the door is broken.. I wouldn't be surprised if all the puppies had some type of sickness.. its very sad how they let the place go
I was having a bad day and needed a place to play with puppies so I stopped here. The place was very clean and the employees don't give off that used car salesman vibe other pet stores do. They were friendly knowledgeable and give you the time to find your best match. I'm thankful I stopped here because I never would have met Louie. Jestin was the best and answered any questions I had about him. Louie has many nicknames now lounatic was the first he earned after going hyper speed off my couch and breaking his leg. lou lou when he's the sweetest boy and Loucifer when he's raising hell. 10/10 from me.
Dogs were constantly coming in sick with PARVO & dying. They continued to work with the same breeder who gave them sick dogs because the dogs were cheaper.
