Kind and respectful individuals, they are helpful and always friendly thank you for your hard work and dedication.
You had 2 tellers, and a long line outside the building. We are still in a pandemic - why are you not opening your drive thru-what about your disabled customers? I was in line for over an hour just to make a deposit. On top of that, you have closed the other BOA branches in the area. This is the most inconvenient bank that I have to do business with.
Incredibly slow service through the drive thru. Indoors closed.
Bank of America that is located at 105 N Congress Ave. Lake Park, FL 33493 need to open the drive through windows . Many of their customers are 50 years and older standing outside in the heat waiting to get service. This is unacceptable, because many of their customers have underline medical conditions I have tired to contact Corporate Office ( Brian Moynihan) but could not reach anyone to speak with. Shame on Bank of America how you treat your customers. Open the Drive through Windows!!!!!
