The B of A takes unduly long to process your payments, sometimes a business day or longer. No matter if this due to a lack of professionalism or because they want to work with YOUR money, it is entirely unacceptable!
I am planning to discontinue financial services with this financial institution soon because I am disappointed services made available at distant location from this BOA. Travelling to distant location BOA open locations expose me to several persons in line as well as exposing me to asymptomatic covid 19 vectors in ONE queue. Chase bank is located closer to my residence.
We came to open an account and they just dismiss us because they said takes 45 minutes ..to do so and we were 3 30 at the place ...make Us feel really unwelcomed bye bye we go with our bussiness to other bank
