Huge line but only half of the windows are open for the customer service
Completely understaffed at all times. Takes 30-45 minutes to do anything. The employees try hard and have a nice demeanor. This is completely managements fault.
Tried calling multiple times throughout the day to get a person but just rings then recording. Terrible customer service. THIS IS WHY I DO NOT AND NOW WILL NOT BANK WITH THEM! CHASE ALL THE WAY!
try to make a normal business call to Bank of America and all I got was a recording press this number press that number. When are you all going to start hiring people to handle my banking needs.
