Nice store, they just didn't have the size I needed. Not there fault its because of the virus I think
This is still a good Journeys location with lots of shoes to choose from. I think sometimes people forget about it being in the Fashion Square Mall, but this one has just as many options as the ones at other malls. We were happy to be able to find to find the Vans and Jansport items we were looking for.
Went to exchange a gift they didn't have sizes in a lot of their shoes and they would not refund the $5 difference you are forced to purchase something to bring the total more than the original purchase.
This is actually my favorite Journeys. Even though they are thr furthest out their customer service is truly amazing. I have been to the millenia mall one and the manager is super rude. I have been to all 3 in the florida mall which is closest to my home and job and the journeys kids is horrible they do not even ask to help. It seems like they are bothered to help anyone. The underground and journeys there are slightly better but doesn't compare to the experience you have at the Fashion square. Already bought over 15 pairs maybe more. Keep up the good work!
