This was my first time entering the store and it was horrible. The store was filthy and unorganized. I also felt offended bring my daughter inside the store and the black employees inside the store using the N word, toward one another. Other than the fact it was disrespectful, I regret having to explain to my daughter what people call each other that. I will never shop or visit another JJ store PERIOD!
It was a return they don't really cater to big and tall guys
Not a whole lot of merchandise but really great prices.
Customer service was excellent! The young lady at the register was attentive and helped me find what I was looking for. She explained pricing and promotions clearly.
They got the heat that most stores dont have
