This place is really easy to book with and quick at responding with appointment times and any question you may have. They have always taken wonderful care of my 15yr old west highland terrier. He doesn’t see or hear very well anymore so I love that they are patient with him. María always does a great job grooming him and gives me feed back on how he did and if she noticed any issues with his coat or ears or paws. He smells so good and looks so cute every time! I also really appreciate that they don’t overbook so my dog is not caged up for hours waiting on his turn. Check this place out if you are looking for a nice, reliable, good groomer.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Very clean place, I took both of my dogs there and they came back so happy. Maya did such a good job, she has a Boston of her own so treated my babies like her own! Definitely recommend this place. She even took cute photos of them for Valentines Day!!
Just got my dog back from just 4 dogs, they did an amazing job as usual! My dog is 12 years old with weak back legs and they always take great care of him. They even go the extra mile and cut the hair between his toes so he doesnt slip on our floors anymore. Great staff, really makes me feel comfortable taking my dog there. I plan on taking my dog here as long as we have him!
Took our four month old puppy for a grooming and was the worst experience ever. The cut that he received left patches on his tail and patches of hair not cut on his head. While my wife and I were waiting the owner who was rude requested for us to leave for ten minutes using the excuse that he was acting up because he sees us and wants to go with us. We went outside and heard our puppy crying like he was being hurt. We continued to stay outside and the owner came outside did not even greet us and says he is done and walks away. While the entire time of not having a mask on. Not to mention when we left our clothes were full of dog hair from just entering the building and our dog does not shed and the place was dirty. Definitely will not be going there again.nnResponse: you the owner was extremely rude. You did not say who you were and had Nerve to come around my dog with out a mask and never introduce your self. But ask us if we can leave and the moment we left you hurt our dog because he yelled like he never before. We walked in and he look like he was in hell. And anyone who goes to your place will know what hell looks like! It’s nasty, dirty and you and staff are horrible. Never again. You probably bought your likes as well because it’s NASTY!!!
Maria is the best hands down. She goes above and beyond for our furry friends and it’s very much appreciated. She met my mom and our dog at the store on a Sunday during the peak of Covid just so she could help my little dog get groomed. Unbelievable service. Highly recommend this place!
