This is the only place I take my GSD to groom, the prices are really good and affordable. Last time they trimmed him good, did a great job and trim his nails to perfection. My dog comes home smelling good. My dog is difficult and they still take care of his grooming, no complaints from them so far.
Super fun pet shop located as a part of a strip shop location. They are right next door to Twisted Root Burgers if you need a landmark to find them!nnThis pet shop offers up the usual items like food, toys, accessories, tanks / crates / beds, etc. But they also have some unexpected items like walk-up, self service dog wash areas with soap and towels included, and then a grooming area with a great list of services offered. For a mom and pop style pet shop I wasn't expecting these things!nnWe asked the manager for details on the pet wash area, and she was super helpful. There were two gentlemen washing their puppers there while we talked and they both chimed in how much they loved the space! We plan to bring our dog for a bath this month as he is much in need of one, and he isn't a big bath fan, so this would be a much easier option to wrangle our large dog!nnThey had good pricing on toys, food and accessories. They do have sale and discount items throughout as well, so keep an eye out for savings tags! Finally, they have a membership card / phone number tracker for additional savings and coupons.nnOverall: AnAn unexpected surprise pet shop with a cool self-service bath option!
The dog wash is their only positive. Prices are on the high end compared to other local stores. Typically not enough registers open.nnEdited - To the owners, I actually am signed up for your Pet Club email and club. My issue is that your team really was not helpful and there is always only one register open. You may price match, but only physical stores. We've come in for one brand, which we will be getting through another local store in the future. They have a special discount program for first responders & military, where you do not.
Shout out to Armani for great customer service! She made my check out process fun and easy. This store has lots of discounts!
I LOVE this pet store so much! All of the employees are so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They also have awesome coupon codes every weekend and a buyer club program that's really great. I have three kitties that I use Tidy Cat litter for and after buying 10 buckets I'll get one for free.nDefinitely take a minute, stop in and check it out for yourself!
