The fish tank guy was in the store today. My husband loved talking tanks with him. He's super knowledgeable and has a real passion for the hobby. The guy stocking dog food was eager to help. The store was well stocked of everything and smelled like soap instead of animal. All around great experience.
I ordered online and was supposed to get notification that order was ready; however, I didnt receive the email so I went to the store since i needed the puppy food fast. The store clerks were very nice and they checked that my order ready. Speedy checkout.
Chris was such an amazing associate !!! He was so informative and full of knowledge with every question asked of him. I left the store very satisfied with my service. The cashier Eliza was super sweet.
I cannot say enough good things about this experience. The staff was inviting, above and beyond helpful, and highly knowledgeable which really made us confident about purchasing our new conure there. I'm used to shopping at PetSmart, but this experience changed my entire perspective. We'll be making this the home store for all our 3 pets needs. Thank you!
