My husband and I have been doing business with Kerry and her husband, Mark, for three years to not only groom our dog, but board our dog in their wonder suites.  Several months back,  we had to put our wonderful dog down due to health complications.  While driving by D'Look one day, we decided to ask Kerry to keep her eyes open for a special forever friend and companion.  We were not wanting to replace our dog which was impossible, but we missed the wonderful companionship and warmth of a furry friend.  We wanted a dog we could take on long walks as well as healthy. Knowing what we wanted, Kerry arranged for us to meet a 2-yr old medium-sized poodle which did not take long for us to love the dog,  She immediately liked and trusted us.nnThis dog is smart, adapting to our life style wonderfully.  She loves long walks, very obedient, is very loving and simply does not want to stop playing.  We thought she would not enjoy any of our previous dog's smaller toys, but once she got into the toy box, she jumped and played with each toy.  Yesterday, we took her shopping and let her pick out her own choice of a new toy.  She even took it to bed.  What a wonderful joy and we once again have smiles on our faces thanks to Kerry and Mark.nnKerry was diligent in letting us know everything about our new dog.  She let us know her current diet, what heart worm and flea medication she was on, when shots were due, etc.  All is information that a new owner needs to know but might forget to ask.nnBetty & Jerry

Love Mark and Kerry - such love they have for pets. Today they made my son very happy with our new golden retriever puppy, Conner. I have been going to them since 2016 and love them and their love for dogs. Highly recommend them for any service

We were looking for a dog we could train as a service dog for my husband who is a vet. The waits are long through the VA. After a long search, I found Kerry at D'Look with her husband Mark. She was a breath of fresh air. She knew about the training we needed and found us the perfect puppy. I wasn't looking for a standard poodle, but after speaking with her, I realized this is just the dog we need for the tasks she needs to perform. Kerry has years of experience training dogs and works with Orlando's finest in training. I am so glad I found her and my new baby. (She even drove to Pennsylvania to pick her up for us!). I did research on Kerry and her business before purchasing. She has an excellent reputation and is Better Business Bureau rated A+ !nI look forward to continue working with her and her team with the goal of graduation for Cellie as a true working service dog. Thank you KERRY!!!nBTW, we finally found a place we can leave our dogs for a short vacation. We cannot wait!!! Her kennels are just the care I want when I have to leave them...beds, treats, and loves.

Outstanding in every way. I tried most of the doggie daycares in Orlando. The care and attention my pup received here was second to none, would never go anywhere else. The owners are very attentive and care deeply about the dogs in their care. Excellent service and the facility is Absolutely spotless. This is a great locally owned business, please support it !
