Been banking with Bank of America since they were Barnett bank back in the 80s this location is wonderful the people are all helpful and polite never have had any problems I go there when I need help and I’m not able to use the phone to get help. I highly recommend this location everyone is just so nice and friendly and helpful

So I walked into this Bank of America after I called 6 times trying to get through to make sure there was an easier way to handle things that I needed to handle and there is not one single person in the bank but nobody is answering the phone this is really ridiculous and extremely annoying and it makes me not want to bank with Bank of America anymore I checked all the reviews and the complains are all the same they don't pick up the phone your customers need help not just inside the bank

Horrible, people are on their cell phones while I’m sitting here needing a replacement card which should take two min of their time. Will not be back to this location.
