Just moved here from out of state, and I’ve never had service this bad. Kara was extremely rude. After being a loyal customer for 10 years we are closing the account. We just moved here to Apopka, so this would be the branch we would use, so we are closing both personal accounts, and our business. I hope you guys investigate the way employees talk, and interact with customers.

Worst customer service ever. I gifted my son $1,700 in a form of a money order I purchased from the post office. My son who banks with Wells Fargo, went to the bank to cash the money order. The representative told him they can't cash the money order. The teller and the Manager mumbling something to each other under their breath, didn't give a reason why they couldn't cash the money order. I guess because he's a young black man, they presumed he stole it or something.nnI refuse to do business with this bank EVER. If I had a dog, my dog wouldn't either. I have 3 other family member who bank with them, they are all going to close their accounts and take their business elsewhere.

I was in a bind, I had ordered some coin from another branch and it did not get fulfilled in time. I called this Branch, Spoke with Krystal. She was excellent. Was able to stop by later that day and pick up a box of quarters I desperately needed. Anna was also very helpful and Brandon processed the transaction. Over all, the Team at this Wells Fargo branch are very professional and willing to assist if possible. Expect some delay's, this is a very busy branch. But when you are in front of the Teller or Team member, they focus on you and only you. Excellent service!!!

WORST Well's location. They take FOREVER to take care of customers. I've never waited so long at any bank. Especially the drive thru. It seems like they only have 1 person working, but they open all 4 driveup services and let people wait 20-30 minutes to be served. Shameful.

This location is awful! They only have 1, sometimes 2, person/people working the drive- thru lines even during busy types. The wait time to get through the drive-thru is ridiculous! I understand things aren't normal because of COVID, but then schedule more employees to work the drive-thru to compensate for not being allowed to walk into the bank itself.
