Satisfied customer, my stash house is the nick name I give this bank.nnIn my personal opinion I feel this bank is more tailored to people who are trying to save money for the long term not so much day to day activities. I feel good about them keeping my stash. I use other cards or on hand cash and when I don’t have it no worries my King Card comes out to save the day. The only bank I know that has hot 105 or 99 jams playing in the background lol.

Only One United here which is far out depending on where you live and they’re not open on Saturdays anymore which is an inconvenience because most people can’t make the bank during the week due to traffic and the early closing hours. Then you can never get a hold of someone in the bank. They really need to advance more

I’m sorry this is absolutely the worse place to bank. Getting someone on the phone is easy getting them to stay on the phone is nearly impossible. I get hung up on, transferred back and forth yet still get nothing solved. I started off with $50 cause I wanted to test the water before I completely dive in and it has disappointed over and over again. One of the customers service agent sighed as if she was tired of me talking and pointing out the issues that I was having then she transferred me. It’s comical because I had my expectations high based on the ethnicity of the company yet again we can’t do right with out getting treating by our own like a nuisance. I work CS so I understand but I will NEVER treat any of my customers like they are bothering me when I’m getting paid to serve them and remedy any issues. I’m tired of calling so I’m going to leave the account there to do why it does. Maybe they will care to call me who knows.
