Ozzie Cano branch manager NMLSR ID: 1030787 at WellsFargo was harassing me and being very rude and discriminative towards me. Don’t bank with that branch. He has a very nasty attitude. The worst bank ever
Overall a good branch. The two times that I have had to come here the staff were really nice. The tellers were knowledgeable and helpful. The customers representatives periodically they'd come throughout the line to ask the patrons what they needed as to not keep people waiting too long.nnBoth times I have come the wait wasn't too long and my transaction was completed in a timely matter. Thankfully I have never experienced what those other patrons have experienced. Just my luck the next time I go, the line is out the door and there is only one teller working.
I have had a very good experience . Emanuel Anaya attended me, he has been very patient, dedicated and knows how to do his job very well. He is an excellent worker.
I like the customers service and service is excellent and I would like to get a job .
That rude cop you have guarding your parking lot needs to go. He is very unprofessional and aggressive. I'm a veteran and don't appreciate being talked to like a criminal. Will be taking my business elsewhere. 09/26/19
