Drive thru only, didn't wait too long
BEEN BANKING HERE SINCE WACHOVIA
I tried to make an important payment today with my Wells Fargo credit card and it was declined. I was in shock because I had available balance therefore I called immediately. Customer service was not able to help me at all and gave me no options, even the supervisor was not able to help me. turns out my card was expired and they sent a new card but i never recieved it. so i asked to please allow my current card to work and i was told that they cannot help and if i wanted my new card shipped; i will be charged $15. that is not fair and i am very unhappy being a long time customer and get put through this situation. therefore i am going to find a new company to bank with.
To be sure when I got there , there was a huge line but the tellers worked pretty hard and the line was taken care of. There are some new employees there I noticed that were quicker and friendly than the usual tellers. That made a world of difference , I wont be dreading going here now.
