Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Scheduled an apt to speak with a small business specialist. A representative saw me first to get me started before seeing the specialist. After she was done taking down basic info I sat down in the lobby waiting for the specialist. 5 min later the same lady said that the specialist is running behind therefore she would take care of me. She mentioned she is not “fluent” with this so she went multiple times to speak to the specialist about me wanting to open up a business account. After the second time she told me since my business is registered out of state that they would not be able to open up my account. I couldn’t understand why that would matter because my business is an online business and I live in both Michigan and Florida. I then asked to just wait to speak to the specialist. Specials (Adrian) met with me in the lobby and approached me by asking if I had a question, when really I should have been in his office an hour ago at the time of my appointment. I explained that I have an online business and although I opened up my LLC in Michigan that I also live in Florida and conduct business here too. He then spoke to a manager and came back to tell me that at the moment he has other clients to work with that if I wanted to wait it would be a while till he could sit with me to continue or if I wanted to come back on Monday. I told him not a problem how long till I’m able to be seen because my appointment was scheduled for 1pm so it’s not like I just walked in to be seen. He said it would be over an hour, so I said that was fine I would go get food in the area and come back. I don’t think he was expecting me to say I would wait and that’s when he told me that there was another Bank of America branch a few blocks down that if I wanted to just go there that he could get me their number. So clearly he didn’t want to work with me or help me. So nothing was resolved, it was a waste of my time I was given a run around for over an hour and it was a really uncomfortable position. I didn’t feel welcome. I wasn’t treated like a client. I was lied to because the First Lady representative actually told me they wouldn’t be able to open the account when that’s not true. So it was extremely disappointing and really unprofessional. Horrible experience. I have been with Bank of America since 2009 so Ofcourse I wanted to open up my first business account with them but this experience really left me disappointed.

My 86 year old grandfather, BOA customer of over 30+years was just kicked out of this location for complaining about the poor service and amount of cashiers working! Cashier was informed by management not to accept his deposit and he was threatened to have police called on him. Again my grandfather is 86 years old! Unfortunately, he gor nervous and did not take down this woman's name but this will not go unnoted. I will leave no stone unturned before you humiliate and threaten the elderly

Terrible,very unprofessional workers here,the line is large and waiting so much for be apprehended,please improve customer service and be more professional

I can not believe that bank of America decided to get rid of the commercial lane its ridiculous companies have time frames and need to be in and out of the bank quick not sit there for an hour just to get change or deposit money. Makes no sense at all. Just to save share holders a few dollars.
