Just horrible service!!!!! The Reps have no idea what they’re doing at all, especially Cynthia! I was hoping to go to my go to “Aritha” but the security guard told me she was demoted and I have no idea why because she was honestly the best help they have at this location as well as Elizabeth. But everyone else has no damn clue what they’re doing! Definitely taking this complaint further.
You are better off going to a different Chase branch. Waited 40 minutes just for a bank stamp, something so simple. Very unprofessional as the lady in the front took the form immediately from me instead of sitting with me at a cubicle to get it finish.
I’m opening a new account and have to wait about a hour then some lady grabbed the check in list and ask what do i need after a full explanation about she said have a seat someone will be with you. What a waste of time
Extremely long lines that reach the door. There are not enough tellers. Be ready to wait in line for 45 mins. It has happen multiple times.
Absolutely horrible service long line 2 people working behind six people standing around one on his phone. Texting
