I switched my business banking accounts to John Lang and Bank OZK approximately 6 months ago from one of the well known multinational banks whom I'd been doing business with for over 3 years. I couldn't be happier with the services and products John has to offer. John and the team at Bank OZK are professional, courteous, and friendly, a combination rarely found in business today. Personable.nPassionate.nProfessional.nnAs a brand new business owner, I've got A LOT of questions, and John Lang took the time to explain business loans to me.nnIt may have stung to know that I was not quite eligible for a loan but John also took the time to help improve my financial status to be eligible for a loan, down the road.nnBanking and finance has always been a mystery to me, and I'm very happy to have John walk me through all the complexities of small business finance.
