I ordered a pair of shoes and they had a promo deal 10 or 15% off and free shipping. When I went to check out they didn’t give me free shipping but I didn’t notice so I canceled the order. I have tried to get them to stop emailing me. I’ve called them five or six times and I keep getting emails. This is the worst company to deal with ever. Buy at your own risk. I wouldn’t take a pair of these shoes if they were giving them away !!!
I ordered a pair of Men's shoes online, and for some reason, they never got shipped. Disappointed, I emailed the customer service department. They responded immediately, and went above and beyond to make things right. They got the shoes shipped immediately, and even threw in a few extra items to ensure we were satisfied. My husband received the shoes and absolutely loves them, the style and comfort level. The best part is that I didn't even realize the company is right up the coast from us, a local company here in Florida. Will definitely be buying more shoes in the future and will highly recommend the company to anyone who wants a quality shoe and exemplary customer service.
Impeccable style and quality. Riomar nails what top-of-the-line boat shoes should be. The Portuguese leather is perfect. The interchangeable bearings let you create your own flair. Can’t wait for my next pair.
