I was very happy with the selection and availability of Fresh Pet. We just arrived in Vero Beach last week and this is the only food we give to our nearly 16 yo Schnoodle. Though, when inquiring about grooming, was sad to learn that we should take him to a vet since he is a senior dog. We take him to a groomer in MD every 4 weeks with no issues.
The store employees need to learn there store hours!! Me and my girlfriend were looking to adopt a guinea pig, and we asked a lady that works there when the best time to come back to adopt him. We were told to come at 7, which is exactly when they close! When we went back to get him, we told them the situation, and all they could say was,” sorry cant do”. I am very disappointed in the professionalism and the lack of humanity they have.
We bought our puppy a pinch collar for leash training. We also picked up a new leash for Ember.nnThe store has a good variety of dog, cat, well any animals needs.nnStaff were helpful and seemed to enjoy what they did.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had back surgery and they are always willing to get my cat food for me and bring it to the register so I don't have to walk to the back of the store. It's difficult for me to walk. They are very caring and kind at the Vero store.
It was very easy to order from the website online. And we did not have to get out of our vehicle to pick up the order. The order was brought to us
