When I found myself in need of my first own bank account recently, I started looking into chase. I scheduled phone appointments to learn about my options twice, both of which were not kept on side of the assigned chase representative and left me akwardly waiting next to my phone for an hour each.nnI had almost given up on chase when I decided to walk into the branch that is located closest to me. After a short time waiting (fine by me, I didn't have an appointment after all), I was soon helped by Erick, who went above and beyond to help me set up my account and provided excellent customer care. Due to an issue with their system that needed to be adressed, I additionally had the pleasure of meeting the branch manager Jean, who also was very friendly and helpful.nOverall, I had a great experience at this branch and can only recommend it. I look forward to making it my home branch and know that I am in good hands here.
Jaime Moreno-Luna was a big help today and the last time I came in. I feel that he cares and exemplifies Chase Banks standards.
I've had Chase for 40+ years. Most always most accommodating with my banking needs. This Chase had what I wanted as far as ATM's and clerks. I would really like to request for a branch to be opened in Crystal River or at least Inverness or Lacanto since I now live up there.

Nothing but great things to say about this Chase branch. Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable. Danny is amazing! By far my favorite Chase branch!
