This bank will screw you up. We spent hours there and at another BA, preparing for an 86 year old lady's move to Madrid Spain. after the first time, nothing worked, credit card or debit or login. Another trip to the Vero office, same thing, this time the card worked until she move to Madrid and then they froze her accounts causing all kinds of horror and grief. When trying to straighten it out, they knew and know nothing about all that time we spent working with the bank to make this go smoothly. She still can't access her own money!

MOST IRRESPONSIBLE BANKING BRANCH E V E R. They are CLOSED more than they are open. The tellers are SLOWER than slow. I drive all the way downtown to use the main branch just to avoid having to deal with the lack of customer care at the 58th st. location. WHERE IS MANAGEMENT????????????????????????????????? Don't they see what type of rating they have or is it that they just don't care!! If i didn't have so many transactions in/out of my account w/them since 1973, i'd get another bank to deal with..................

PLEASE READ: BOA IS COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN AND NOT ALLOWING WITHDRAWS. PEOPLE ARE HAVING THEIR DEBIT CARDS EATEN BY THE ATM AND NOT ALLOWING ANY WITHDRAWS WHATSOEVER.nnPeople are being misled. My DEBIT card was eaten by the ATM yesterday even though BoA customer service confirmed there was nothing wrong with my account to have caused it to be STOLEN by BoA.nnA man had an appointment to open a new account today, showed up to the branch, and found the bank completely empty. He was dumbfounded and clearly very frustrated.nnSeveral different people, while we were onsite, were unable to ANY of their funds and were told WITHDRAWS ARE UNAVAILABLE.nnPlease tell everyone you know, so they can protect themselves and their families. We deserve access to our money and it is effectively being held hostage and stolen during the holidays and a pandemic.nnAbsolutely despicable from Bank of “America”.
