Never been before had lots of stuff.
The staff at our pet supermarket are amazing. John was so discreet in dealing with myself and my daughter. I brought her in to see what reptile she wanted and he helped me sneak it out of the store without her knowing. What a wonderful team member! Thank you John!nnToday the lizard saga continues! I visited the store to treat our new friend with some special food. The staff was so helpful and brought it right our. Upon inspection I was worried that they may be too large. The wonderful sales associate Chris was amazing. He taught me all about what treats he can and cannot have. He had his own gecko was I am so thankful he was there to help. Thanks again!!
Has a lot of natural food & big selection
Been here twice now... Needed feeder fish. First time, I arrived about twenty minutes before closing. Had to wait about five minutes for someone to scoop them out-but associate was friendly.nSecond time, had to wait fifteen minutes because there was only one associate for the fish area, and one of the two people in front of me was getting a lot of stuff. Again, staff was super polite.
Dylan is an excellent example of attentive and informed employee. He helped guide us thru tank maintenance and ideas on how to get what we wanted out of our turtle tank. Suggestions on fish and how to introduce them. Incredibly helpful!
