Dr.Berkowitz was knowledgeable ,explained problem in an easy understandable way. His methodology to treatment starts with the less intrusive approach and will evaluate results as progress is made.nCindy in the billing department was amazing , explained insurance coverage throughly I’m a kind way.
The reason I gave 4 stars was because the person at the front desk was not very friendly and had absolutely no patience and this was the second time she did this. Other than that everything was great! The physical therapy team was great, I really enjoyed working with them!
