The woman who answered the phone this morning was very rude and disrespectful when all I was trying to do was figure out why bbt took my money.. Wouldn’t recommend BBT to anyone the customer service is bad and the woman who answered the phone at the branch on Oakland park in Lauderhill she is very rude. Just save yourself some time and not go there because I only been with the branch for three years and this is the worst bank I have ever used . They are going to keep giving you a run around until you stop calling then boom all your money in the account just disappear.
Going drive through u have to wait ridiculous time when u talk to people they work slow when bank has to send important paperwork u never get it the bank reputation is down thanks to staff!!

Worst customer service, I’m leaving BB&T so many other bank options they’re always difficult, said they sent my card (probably never did) then when I followed up 3wks later they said to wait bc my current card would be cancelled. Now the card I have won’t work bc it’s been 30days & they said I should just go somewhere else & order another one & hung up...
