I always forgot that this branch was so near my home.nnWhen it came time to do some banking, I remembered this one was here and am I so glad that I did.nnI needed to take care of an urgent matter quickly and was helped every step of the way by Mr. Miguel Uran.nnProfessional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to take care of me quickly.nnI was in and out in 30 minutes and was very happy that it was with him whom I dealt with.nnI have since moved but am very grateful for the professionalism and personal attention by Miguel.nnThank you

This branch on 184 & Miramar Pkwy has rude personal bankers ( 2 )nI went today to get notarization done with my daughter for her high school form .They didn't even let me speak with notary. I signed the form by mistake but that was my daughter's form & she didn't signed still. It was for school. I told them compare my sign from my ID Or check my signature by me signing in front of you & my daughter didn't even sigh. But they declined. Very rude!nI have account in this account. Will make sure to cancel my account v soon.nI went to other place & they notarized itnWithout even complaining. They compare my ID signature with the one i signed. They ask me to sign at other blank pg too. They ask my daughter to sign in front of them. They were kind and client satisfaction was first priority at this other place.
