Walked into the store looking for a gift for my mother , the young lady working was very very polite and eager to help me !! Even though she had another customers in the store she was very respectful and helpful, left the store with more than I intended to buy but overall an amazing visit to the store , please let Patricia know her work ethic did not go un noticed .
I usually do not come to this store because the management is TERRIBLE. I feel unwelcomed everytime I come here by the manager. I am not surprised to see the other reviews about her, it seems like she treats everyone the same. However, I really had to come in today because I needed a product that I can only find here. I am giving it 5 stars because of the young lady named Patricia. She helped me alot today and gave me alot of advice about skin care. Very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She is nothing like her manager and I hope that she can be used as a role model.
Awful customer service. Very rude employees. They make the whole shopping experience very uncomfortable. Go to another store, it's not worth dealing with these people with terrible, terrible attitudes.
One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever encountered. The employees were rude and condescending. When I asked for a manager they tried to scare me out of the store. Horrible. Will not be going back.
very bad service, I went to this store today and there was a very aggressive woman, she treats customers badly, she starts arguing with you and speaks ugly! I frequented this place a lot and bought a lot here! but after this experience I will not return, If you don't want to work, you better stay at home!
