Today I rode to Colemans’s without an appointment. I was greeting by a professional and friendly young woman who was assisting someone else and kindly asked me to wait. I then was greeted by Darwin, one of the technicians, who was highly professional, competent and friendly. He serviced my Triumph in record speed accomplishing everything I requested. As a motorcycle enthusiast for 40+ years, I can honestly state that Spider is by far one of the most well-spoken, highly experienced, extremely knowledgeable and customer service-oriented Parts and Accessories professionals I have ever had the pleasure of conducting business with. He is an asset to your shop and the motorcycling community.nnIn addition to their Parts and Service Department, I need to recognize and laud their Sales Department as well. I recently purchased a new bike from Daniel Tickle. Dan is a naturally skilled salesperson and was patient, informed and very helpful. I felt that I was not being pressured or accosted as soon as a I entered the showroom (unlike other local dealerships). I purchased and ATV and a UTV within a two week time frame. Why? Because the sales staff was prompt and attentive, worked with me on any requests I had, and were upfront from a pricing perspective. Additionally Johnny in finance was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable on all of the extended warranty programs, maintenance programs, and was able to walk me through all of my options step by step. He went above and beyond my expectations. I even drive 90 minutes just to work with these guys. Thanks again , you’ve got a lifelong customer.

The entire team at Coleman's goes the extra mile to ensure their customers are taken care of. Sarah, Barry, and Johnny were great to speak with, answered any questions I had, and were very transparent and open during the entire purchasing process. I left my Hypermotard with the dealership to have a slip-on exhaust installed, and Greg went above and beyond to get the parts installed quickly and get the bike delivered to me late on a Friday night. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Coleman's!!

Coleman P.S. of Woodbridge was running a special. If your Motorcycle needed to be serviced for the upcoming riding season they would come pick your unit up and drop it off if the services met a particular set of requirements. Greg was the Representative I dealt with and he was great. He was very personable, professional and he made my experience with the company satisfying. It was very quick turn around and I’m oh so grateful.
