Always a great experience in this store and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Tony is my go to person in the store. On the weekend the store gets busy, but they do a good job of regulating the customer flow and get folks in and out as fast as they can.

I have purchased phones, cars and homes in the past and I can safely say that Justin was the most transparent sales rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Justin broke down everything seamlessly and gave us the best option that fit our needs. Justin was very friendly and engaged with us and made the process very enjoyable. Needed help to correct my information that was messed up in Tmobile system. The first employee at the door was pleasant, but the second employee who ended up helping me seem incredibly disinterested in helping me. My issue was resolved, but felt like a nuisance from the employee. Maybe because I'm not buying a phone? Either way, the experience felt awful.nnUpdate 12/11/2020:nI reached out to the email provided by the comment below my review and I never got a reply. It's been over 2 weeks since I've sent an email. This is even more disappointing.

I was helped by all staff there & felt well taken care of. Details of my new iPhone 11 Pro purchase & other offers were well explained. This is a great store to visit. All staff went the extra mile, maintained professionalism, knew their product & exerted confidence. I didn’t feel pressured, just informed.
