Best Buy

I recently visited the Gainesville, VA Best Buy to purchase multiple items for my new house and it was the most pleasant in-store shopping experience I’ve had in awhile. From customer service to the individuals working on the floor, everyone was pleasant, helpful and attentive. I’ll definitely be ditching the Best Buy App and shopping here in-store more often.

We've purchased our computers and printer from Best Buy. I love the Geek squad. I am somewhat technology ignorant and not afraid to show it. They help me so much. When my husband had to work at home, they helped me with Sony noise cancelling head set. The best invention ever! Our most recent purchase were a washer and dryer. Again, new technology that I am learning to use. Best Buy prevents me from becoming a technology dinosaur.

Great customer service at this location, and the geek squad took me as a walk in even tho they had allot of appt, above and beyond service.

Absolutely amazing service here. During the holidays, when all of America's shipments were delayed and everyone was freaking out about Christmas gifts, the management staff here came to our rescue big time.nnMy kid's birthday happens to be right before Xmas, and we got him an Oculus Rift. We ordered from this store because BB website said they had inventory. Well, come to find out it wasn't in stock but shipping from their warehouse.nnSo when I showed up and it wasn't there, I was a little nervous (especially because with all of the waiting it was now a day before my kid's birthday). The manager called back to the warehouse and confirmed they had just received a truck which had to be validated, received, etc. He had the team verify that my order was in fact on the truck. He gave me his cell phone number and texted me several times through out the evening while the team was receiving and validating the order.nnI got a text early the next morning that my item was ready and headed over to the store. Fast, fun and easy curbside pickup went smoothly.nnThis store (while a bit further away for us) will now be getting all of my Best Buy money. It's worth the extra travel time when you know you have a team and culture in the store that (even at the most stressful and busy time of the year) is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty.nnBlue team for the win!nThanks to the managers and all of the dedicated BB team at this location. Keep over-delivering to customers like this and you're going to be the #1 store in the entire Best Buy chain for sure.
