EXCELLENT Experience!!! Highly recommend this location. Service went a LOT better then first expected after reading reviews. Both technicians, Christian and David, were very helpful and kind. Ran in for a battery replacement for a XS Max. Was in and out in the next 10 or 15 minutes while leaving the phone to be serviced on, took no more then an hour to replace. The measures taken for COVID-19 are spot on, I was very comfortable.
Wonderful experience today at this Apple Store!! Impressed by their effort towards social distancing and sanitizing. They were able to reset my iPod and also replace a battery in my iPhone while I went next door and had a nice meal at Firebirds. Will go back to this location. Highly recommend it.
I'm not an Apple user myself and was a bit intimidated by heading to the store for help with an older iPad. Diamond helped address the issues with the iPad and was friendly and patient. I was in and out in 30min and the process was painless.
I was there two hours total for the purchase of a iphone12. The person that “helped me” or started helping me was pulled away while the update was being done. I needed my Apple Watch set up as well, and that never happened! After being passed around to two other helpers, I left and I still don’t have an Apple Watch that is unpaired and paired. Very frustrating, won’t be back. Service should be included in the purchase.
Everyone need a new customer service training in that store, especially samira that think she is better then others.
