Went during lunch and service was awesome!nnFood came out quick and piping hot. We ordered wedges which were great and a platter of wings. The wings were wet just like we asked but could have been a bit meatier (they were a bit small and all wings) but on the plus it did emphasize the sauce flavors which are always spot on.
We've run into some issues with our order being messed up, even for pick ups. However, the staff has been super helpful. They resolved any issue we had nicely.
I order thru door dash to have my food delivered. When I got the food, the chicken had a funny smell to it. I was afraid to eat in fear of getting food poison. The tater tots were fine. I wanted to just pack the chicken up and take it back, but I just chalk it up to a lesson learned, besides I threw out the containers. Just ordered from some place else.nWon't be ordering from them again scare I may get food poison.nnSo I called to voice my concerns per the request, but I received a email saying to contact the delivery company Door Dash. It was NOT door dash, it was the food. It was bad and under cooked.
WHY ARE THE BARTENDER AND SERVER NOT WEARING THEIR MASK DURING A PANDEMIC?! I’m never coming back to this dump. Waited 30 minutes on 6 wings, hbq & French fries. The bartender took 10+ minutes to make a drink. The cashiers were on their phone the entire time. The whole energy in this place was extremely negative the workers looked mad & irritable. The managers were talking in the corner instead of making my dang wings. I PRAY THIS PLACE GETS CLOSED!!!
Service wasn’t great at all. Our waitress Maliyah came to take our order drinks. We order two alcoholic beverages, and two fountain drinks. The fountain drinks took 10 minutes to be brought to our table. The Alcoholic drinks took 20+ minutes to come to our table. We put another beer on order making it three alcoholic drinks. Ms. Maliyah then came to our table and told us the reason drinks were taking long was because there was someone new in the bar training, which we understood. But then we kept seeing other tables who got there before us get their beers first ! FINALLY! after waiting, ONE margarita comes out. Then we wait 10 minutes for ONE beer! We are still waiting for one last beer. But it never comes out. Then we tell Maliyah to take the beer out the tab. Then, she goes on to say she would have to call her manager to take it off the order. She mentioned they were really busy.. mmm ok??? We’ll wait, no problem. There’s more to my visit but I’ll just leave it there.
