Never again...... They should just close.
Ordered curbside. Salad was missing dressing and they left out an appetizer. When I asked to get the dressing the waiter asked if I wanted him to get ? Meat on salad was under seasoned. Ordered bowl of soup got a cup. And to top it off found a hair in an egg roll! Never again!!nnStopped in again 4/11/21, very few people inside was told 30 minute wait because short staffed.nParty of seven went to outback! Why have have two receptionist if turning people away. They didn't seem to care at all, two families won't go back anytime soon!!
Unprofessional staff. Placed an online for a party of 5 at my job after a long week of work. Two meals were missing half of the items ordered to complete the meal, and one order was completely wrong. Once we called the restaurant the rude gentleman told us we were basically lying since they confirm all orders before packing, and there was nothing they could do to help us. My boss even offered to drive the entire order back and get a refund, but the gentleman continued to offer no assistance whatsoever and refused to acknowledge the problem. We won’t be dining here again, and will charge back the entire meal on our cc since the restaurant wouldn’t help at all. Customer service isn’t something they practice here apparently, or even common decency and the willingness to actually listen to a customers problem.
I never say chilli's is amazing, but the food and service is always good. There's nothing wrong with this place.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst place ever. No wonder it's dead. It's Monday, February 8, 2021 @ 3:30pm, we arrived and waited for like 30 minutes. It was like 3 other couples sitting down. The bar tender looked up a couple times, but did not even flinch or hesitate to tell somebody there's customers waiting to be seated. Funny to say we even put a timer on our phones after the 20 minute wait and after the 10 minutes we left. Patrons looking at us with worried faces that we weren't being seated. There were no servers nor hostess anywhere in site. To think the lucky waitress/server was going to get a $50 tip from me today, no sir. I'll take my money elsewhere. Highly discourage this rude place. Aha a couple behind us saw the same thing, they took a quick about face and went to their vehicles too. Sad.
