Damien quickly made time to see me, diagnosed the problem with my phone, and arranged for a replacement phone to be shipped to my home in less than 24 hours. He approached my issues as if they were his own, which is extremely rare these days. I have been a Verizon customer for more than 22 years; Damien cheerfully and intelligently provides the best service I have received during those decades.
Damian who I assume was who helped us went out of his way to be helpful. We had both of our kids with us, we don’t go to orange much, we were bummed that they were open like the signs says, but Damian saved the day. He opened up shop helped us get WhT we needed! He’s definitely a star employee who I recommend should get a raise or a promotion we even came back after we got lunch for another purchase. We recommend to go see Damian.
