I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. Had a great experience with Kristen Weldon and for fellow fear of needle folks, Chelsey is exceptional at drawing blood! They were thorough and they also have availability of COVID tests as well that others locally do not. Their patient chart system is very easy to use and I was so pleased with their service that I will be switching to them as my PCP. The wait for walk-ins was not long either.
The worst clinic ever. Front staff is great. My friend came in for throat check and covid test. Was given doc to take off work until results come back. Called Monday to check said it maight be Saturday . Called again Tuesday said results not back. His sister called said he would need to come back in for retesting. I've used Riverside twice, both times were great. Very friendly and the doctor actually heard me. If I hadn't been so sick, I would say it was a pleasure...
Do not get COVID tested at this clinic. I got a COVID test here in August. The test was free but they charged me a $300 fee for the appointment. I’ve called and emailed the office multiple times to refute the charges but all they are offering is a monthly payment plan. CVS and other clinics offer free COVID testing — go there instead. SHAME ON YOU Riverside for trying to profit during a pandemic.
DO NOT get tested for COVID-19 here! This is my third time being tested and the comparison to other testing locations is disturbing. They had us wait outside in line to check in without any markings for 6 ft distance and people weren’t wearing masks. When we got inside, the receptionist tried to convince us to not get tested (despite reporting an exposure to someone who tested positive). The receptionist was checking everyone for COVID tests in wearing no PPE except for one cloth mask. She made us change our masks in the building (meaning we had to take our masks off indoors with people around) after TOUCHING THE INSIDE of the masks that she was giving us! Space indoors left no room to keep 6 ft apart. People packed together moving in different directions. The handicap button didn’t work for one of the doors, so every person had to touch the same handle. Upon checking in, I tried to stay behind the plastic barrier but the receptionist had me move close to her so that there was no barrier between us at all and I was right next to her. AFTER checking in, they had us go and wait in our car to go get tested. If that was your safety measure, it’s too late- damage has been done. If I didn’t already have COVID, I wouldn’t be surprised if I did now. So incredibly disgusted and disturbed.
