Went here for an xray. Prompt, courteous, profession staff. Good experience. No complaints here.

They take forever, been here for 4 hours jus to get a regular walk in checkup, & it doesn’t seem that there even busy.

They have some great doctors and nurses and let's not forget the front end workers who are great too

Sunken eyes and the saddest staff you'll ever meet.nnI go to this facility to get lab work done and it is very clear to me that the staff would rather be doing anything else rather than helping you. With the only smiles coming from the photos behind her, I sat silently in front of the check-in clerk wondering if someone had died. Depressed crew member #1 threw my insurance cards into the machine so roughly that one is now bent. So, thanks for that. Her words were curt and lifeless. I left her office pondering whether the self check-out machines at the grocery store would be filled with more life than her soulless eyes.nnDepressed crew member #2 did my blood work and this lady was so unbelievably rude. After my smile was met back with a stone-cold stare, I felt like I was in danger as she led me back to her isolated, nurse den. I dared not make eye contact, as one does with bears, in fear that it would trigger an aggression response. I tried making light of the situation with a nervous joke but my words echoed into the darkness and I prayed for my safety as she stuck the needle in. I escaped with only minor injuries to my left arm.nnSuffice to say, that I recommend choosing a different facility unless you are the type whose morbid curiosity is so strong that you must know what the saddest nursing staff on Earth looks like. Otherwise, I'd advise steering clear.

If a disease does not kill you, Sentara MJ Outpatient Care Center will take care of that with their service charges. Forget your insurance, these leeches will charge you for air you breathe while at their facility. Hands down this was the most expensive visit to ANY medical facility I've ever had to use.
