Dr. Ashley Bruce has been our canine family members vet for years now. She is always compassionate and kind and so smart! Makes us feel welcome and our dogs so well cared for! Today we had a minor urgent need and she was so calm and took great care of our Pippa! The team at Ruckersville vet was able to fit us into their short schedule for Saturday and each one of them so nice and professional! And of course Dr. Ashley was amazing.... thank you!

Moved here few months ago. So glad we found this place. Super friendly and great place. Gets us or should I say the dogs into getting seen for those unexpected situations i.e. injuries and doesn't try to up sell you with optional add on services.

I've taking my pets here since 2009 & I don't live anywhere near there now & will not be changing vets. This is by far the best one I've been to. My animals are never scared to go & come home happy and healthy.

I am so touched by Ruckersville Animal Hospital. I have used them for many years but (for convenience) I have used a vet that is only minutes away from my house as well. Recently I received an email From RAH notifying me that my pet's vaccinations were due, to which I responded (by email) that sadly we had to euthanize that pet the week before. Within days I received a handwritten card from the staff with a sincere note from EACH staff member, including the doctors. The note was not at all generic AS WAS the one that I received from the other vet who actually euthanized her. I threw the one away from the other vet, but the one from Ruckersville Animal Hospital is special and I will keep it. Thank you for mentioning my girl's name and for taking the time to send a note during this very busy season for you all. That does not go unnoticed. Truly I am touched and as much as possible, I will only come to your office from now on.

I highly recommend this animal hospital. We recently moved to the area and after some research I decided to take my 12 year old dog here for her well visit a few weeks ago. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Dr. Odom was great to work with. She discovered my dog had a tooth abscess and recommended we have her tooth extracted. The estimate they gave us was very reasonable, and yesterday we had the procedure done. The staff again was very kind and pleasant to work with. They took excellent care of my dog while she was there for the day for her surgery. I appreciated Dr. Odom calling me to discuss how the surgery went and answer any questions I had. They were very thorough in her surgery and called today to make sure she is recovering well. I could tell that they truly care about my dog and how she’s doing.nAgain, I highly recommend this animal hospital and had a very positive experience here for both my dog’s well visit and dental procedure. We will stick with this veterinary clinic! Very happy with her care.
