Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the other reviews in the fact that the provider (NP) that I have been seeing has awful people skills and wants to push the drug that she wants and when told that I didn’t want to take it due to certain side effects of the medication, instead of listening to my concern and trying to resolve it or explain what would be better, she just shouted “STOP IT STOP IT STOP IT” and got very offensive. It seems like she might need help more than me, therefore I’ll be switching to a different practice. Where they are willing and able to listen to my concerns and address them as any good practitioner should, instead of just shouting and being rude.nAs far as the office staff goes, they have always been cool and have done their duties politely so I haven’t had any issues ever with the office which is good.

Absolutely terrible doc, and I've been with multiple docs. This one ranks as one of the worst. 0 bedside manners, 0 understanding of psychiatry, and pretty much wants you to do exactly what he wants you to be on rather than working on finding a solution tailored to your needs. Trust me, there's WAY better P-Docs out there! I guarantee you the 5 star reviews are absolutely fake and you'll know that as soon as you spend 30 seconds with him!

It is disheartening to experience poor service when reaching out this facility for assistance in improving your way of life. I have attempted to make an appointment to see a therapist several time. They have stated they would call back to schedule an appointment after being placed on hold for long periods of time and never call back. Very disappointing. Mental health is important! Shame on whomever is overseeing your operations.

Staff are very mean and don’t want to help you. Most definitely would not recommend them to anyone who actually wants to get better
