It was such a great experience to give birth my daughter at inova. Everyone was very very nice and food was good and lactation consultants were always available even after giving birth and even after I left hospital. My husband ?! Enjoyed staying here that he asked me if we can give our 2nd child birth at inova leesburg ud83dude23ud83eudd23ud83eudd23

The Birthing Inn is perfect! The entire staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They are there to help you and also give you space to do things on your own. You have the option to use the nursery at night so you can get some rest or you can have you baby sleep in your room. From check in to check out we were incredibly happy with the care both Mom and baby received! Our nurses were Tatiana and Doan, they were THE BEST.

Our experience at the Birthday Inn could not have gone better. They were beyond friendly, caring, and helpful. Chris was attentive and supportive all night into the morning hours and we were sad to see her shift end. Our baby was born in August and I am just now thinking to write this, but I hope she is still working their and happens to be on duty when we go back the next time.

As far as hospital births go, this place isn't bad. They have comfortable facilities. However after using it I would never come back. They will seemingly hold your baby hostage over non-issues after the fact. This is largely because their NICU is very profitable for them. But also because they are scared to death of legal liability.nnAnything from slightly low blood sugar to a small amount of juandice will trigger them to separate you from your baby and put him/her in NICU.nnThey will also try to push a C section on you if your birth is anything outside of easy for them. Their attitude is that the birth isn't for you, it's for them. This is standard across the board for any hospital. That said, Lansdowne is good, for a hospital. But I don't recommend it unless you actually do have complications that require a hospital.nnCheck out a local birthing center instead and save yourself from the potential nightmares of hospital birth. There are several near enough to a hospital to transfer if there is an issue
