We ordered box lunches for our boy Scout troop members and their family for lunch on our first day. They were ready right when our parents made it to pick them up and every order was correct! The food was very delicious and it included a coupon for a free scoop of ice cream so we went back that evening for our treats. It was a decent sized line but it went quickly and the ice cream is very good!!
Thought third time would be a charm... unfortunately not. My To Go order should’ve come with sauces, specifically ranch. I even ordered and paid extra for extra ranch. None were packed.nnThe containers with they honey chipotle chicken were spilling and sauce in the bag coated all the other items as well.nnThis is not the first time I have an issue with a Chili’s order. Last time was with delivery so this time I chose to try to go instead thinking it’d be a better option in an effort to get better service and receive all the items I paid for. The previous time we called the restaurant to complain because we were missing two whole entrees from our order, the manager promised to mail us a gift card, took our information and said we’d have it in a few days. Two years later we’re still waiting! Good food but terrible service, such a shame!
Chilis to go service at this restaurant is great. They were polite and efficient, have my order ready before the estimated time. They were accurate and the food and drinks were delicious!
From the first moment you step in that restaurant the personel give you a comfortable feeling. Very hospitable hosts, it is a nice restaurant to go out with buddies or with your date. Great food, creative chief cook and stuff, competitive pay and excellent service. Warmly recommended.
The place i like, and the people treat you in a more professional manner. I felt very comfortable, and helped by everyone. I give 5 stars because the flavor on the meat could have been better. Overall nice experience.
