Extremely extremely pleased with this Bath & Body Works location! Today was Candle Day, expecting very large crowds.. the store was immaculate and had awesome signage to help guide customers around. The staff was so upbeat and pleasant I just have to give a shout out to them. From the girl who greeted us at the door and hand sanitized our hands, to the floor staff who were so energetic and helping the customers out and giving suggestions. They really made an awesome start to my day! The company should be very proud to have these employees!

Every time I shop this store it's so wonderful.The staff is so friendly & helpful. The sales are great. Great place to buy gifts. I love the fragrances they have. Thanks, Linda

A tip of a hat to Edward and his team! Seriously BRAVO! We generally visit a closer bath and body works but happened to be at short pump today.. we will literally drive to this one from now on. Edward and his team kill the costumer service game. Covid has made me want to buy things online, avoid the hassle of regulations, and honestly I miss just people being friendly to one another. His team you can see their smiles even with a mask on. We were treated so kindly and like they were happy to see us! We were greeted by multiple employees and they even talked to our kids. As we enter back into society Edward and his team is who you want training your employees. We will see you soon!

Friendly and helpful staff. Employee gives every entering customer a debriefing of their covid guidelines, and offers them hand sanitizer. Overall a great experience!
