Had my bow serviced at HNS. They did it right on the spot. Couldn't have asked for better service. Carry nothing but quality parts and merchandise made by Americans. The owner puts quality ahead of flashy marketing and dollar signs. It was a pleasure to have my bow worked on by HNS and I will 100% return for any of my future bow needs.
I have to give Major Props to HNS; Rob & Marcy for offering a warm place to charge phones & a cup of coffee while the power was out in Goochland!! Love seeing local People supporting local People!! Says A Lot about Their Character! Now, I can't Wait to get my, Katniss on!!! Targets Be Warned!!!
Rude, arrogant and unhelpful. My father was in an unfortunate accident that left him in a wheelchair and since then he gave up archery. He was interested in getting back into it after many years so we came to HNS to see if he still had the strength and ability to draw back a bow. He was ignored and treated terribly. I try to support local shops as much as possible but after how they treated my father I refuse to give them my business. The next day we went to Cabela's and sure enough he still has the strength to shoot! We each purchased a compound bow, arrows, release and a case. Happily spent over $1,000 dollars between the both of us. Too bad HNS, could have been you but you've lost 2 customers for life.
Highly recommend HNS to anyone with archery needs, from novice to experts. Went in there as a complete nebwy looking at my options for a hunting crossbow and Rob was super helpful in understanding my needs, experience level, price range etc and help me get it sighted. Also they are not sales people, it was apparent they want to meet your archery needs and not oversell you.. You can't get that level of service most places...do yourself a favor, please skip a big box store/online and give these folks a visit. I'll be coming back here guaranteed! ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
great store, great people, great selection. Follow on FB as they regularly post videos with deals and inventory. See something you like they will take payment over the phone and hold it for you.
