I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for me to get my oil changed and tire rotation on my day off. I made a morning appointment intentionally to get it done early. After an hour and a half my car was still not brought back. The excuse was that there were only 2 mechanics for the day. Do not take my appointment if you cannot handle the work. What a waste of my day. Never again!!
Friendly knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices but DO NOT TRUST the appointment time. Been there twice for tires now as my mechanic recommended them.nnMade an app. , just after lunch, twice, thinking being they’ll get straight to my car. But no, took 90 minutes before it even got into the shop.nnA third time I just needed an inspection , told first come first served , fair enough on that sort of thing, but when a car that came in after me gets in first that’s not right.nnWill not be going back ever.
Website is worthless. Scheduled an appointment on line two days ago and get a call this afternoon telling me they can’t support it because the website is corporate level and they schedule appointments at the store level. According to the caller, corporate is not responsive to complaints about over booking. Maybe they will be responsive to lost business and a reputation hit. Too many chain tire resellers to not solve a simple problem like this.
These folks are great! They're straight shooters and will try to accommodate your schedule and needs - and as a result, pretty busy. I'd encourage you to check them out.
Called them last minute with a tire emergency and they went above and beyond to fit me in before they closed. Extremely grateful for their flexibility and professionalism. Will be using these guys in the future for sure!
