It’s been roughly 3 months with T Mobile and I couldn’t be happier with their service. When bringing over my phones to their network, their onsite staff were incredibly friendly and took their time to answer all my questions. I never felt pushed to buy the most expensive package, they really did point me in the direction of the plans that was best suited to my needs.nnWonderful people and company.nnAlso, I got 465mbps download speeds from their 5G network. I don’t know what 5G can peek at but to me that was exceptional speed.

I've been an employee here for 1 year. This is a great place to work. My store manager Casey literally knows everything and if we can't figure something out we have an amazing relaible support team that help us through it. Being we just merged with T-Mobile we are still working on and learning new systems and it's been a really neat experience. We are the definition of team work. Despite what others may say, we are true to our jobs and we do not lie and we provide all our customers with the best solutions possible. We are honestly here to help to best of our abilities and I am very proud to be a part of this team.

I visited this store yesterday. No one was in the store - and I get the whole COVID thing - but, the two clerks pretty much remained at the rear of the store most of the time I was there. The guy didn't even tell me his name - it was Derrick by his name tag - as a courtesy. He spent more time fiddling with his tablet, than he did engaging with me. Neither of the two clerks knew of the current promotions online. They seemingly didn't know their current inventory - and walked to the rear of the store - came back stating 'I would have to place an order online'. I decided to leave - drove the 11.4 miles to the store on Atlas Walk in Gainesville - where I was warmly greeted, the staff knew the promotions and their inventory on hand, and had me out of the store in less than 15 minutes. Why would I make an exchange of my hard earn $$ - for lackluster-ho-hum-service?
