Horse Country does require wearing a mask, however they do offer alternative solutions to everyone's needs, such as curbside service, internet ordering and personalized phone ordering if you are unable to wear a mask or visit in person.nWe understand Ms Whites disappointment. However, while her medical condition may exempt her from wearing a face mask, by executive order of the governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Horse Country must require the use of a face mask by patrons and employees.

I am from Warrenton and recently moved to South Carolina. I was home visiting about a month ago, and came into the store to purchase a new hunt coat. After trying on many different sizes and brands, I finally found the perfect one (just needed to let the arms out). They said they would gladly have their seamstress take care of that for me and mail me the coat. I left on cloud nine.nAfter 2 weeks with no package or news from the Horse Country, I called to check in. They informed me that the seamstress still had not come to pick the coat up. UGHH! (I have not been able to hunt because I do not have a spare coat).nFinally they call and tell me the coat is ready.... I was hoping to hunt tomorrow (Saturday), so in order to have the coat in time, I would need it to be expedited ( AT MY EXPENSE!)....nI FINALLY received the coat yesterday, and it doesn’t fit! I don’t know if it got mixed up or what, but this coat is much to large for me, I never would have purchased this item.nI called and explained and they WONT EXCHANGE IT OR RETURN IT because the sleeves were let out.nNeedless to say, I now have a $600+ coat that I will never be able to wear unless I am pregnant.nnI WILL NEVER RETURN TO HORSE COUNTRY. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

The owner, after showing her our medical exemptions, papers, inhalers, etc, kicked me, my elderly mom, and my three young daughters out of her store for not wearing a mask!! She even refused to give me her name!! Do NOT shop here!! I have NEVER met such a rude woman in my entire life!!!
