This review would be a 0 out of 5 if I could. I have been a customer with Sprint for 15 years and have opted out of 2 upgrades because I was very satisfied with my andriod s6 but finally I decided to upgrade and after going into this store telling the associates exactly what I needed, which was a phone that is wifi calling capable as I live where there isn't cell service. I told the salesman this and he told me this phone was wifi calling capable which it absolutely isn't. When I called for help and they told me it wasn't capable of wifi calling (despite what the Sprint salesman said) they told me the phone isn't able to do wifi calling. All I asked for from them was an upgrade to a phone that did have this feature, without paying for a new contract! They clearly do not have their customers as first priority and that's a shame! I do not recommend switching to Sprint after all the trouble I'm currently going through and the lack of training or just blatant lies they tell their customers to get them to buy another phone from them!

After visiting the Warrenton Sprint store four different times, talking to customer support, and attempting to get things fixed online - Chaz had no problem fixing my issue. I can not speak highly enough of the awesome customer service. Appreciate the professionalism along with the curb side service!

I originally came in a few months back for a quote on switching my provider to sprint and spoke with the manager Chaz. Although I didn’t switch at that time, I went back and ended up switching carriers and adding another line. He was very helpful, polite and the entire process was quick and easy. Definitely glad I switched and I would definitely recommend this store for any of your wireless needs :)
