I often donate to Good Will but haven't been in Culpeper store for a while. I went there today and the store was clean, in fantastic order, the aisles were wide open, the staff was helpful and pleasant. Barbara has done a fantastic job! Pearl in the receiving area is helpful and very friendly. Penny at the cash register helped look for some items. I will return to shop there.
This Goodwill is always neat and organized. I come here often and know the employees on a first name basis. The Manager Barbara is absolutely amazing and her staff is family to her. If you are in town make sure to stop by to find some treasures.
This is the nicest goodwill it is very clean and well organized the employees always are polite s,d helpful always with a smile I give the manager Barbara 10 stars for the hard work and dedication she puts into the shop
Really enjoyed my weekend visit and stopping at this Goodwill this weekend. The staff were so friendly. Prices and selection was great. I needed a bigger shopping cart is my only complaint. We will be back on our next visit.
Recently bought a printer from the front showcase, was told the printer was brand new plus more. Got home opened the box.. Not the same printer (Plus Broken) printed on box.. went to return it, then a Barbara who’s a terrible manager told me to call HP about the situation wouldn’t refund me $24 and tried getting smart.. she needs to be replaced I’ve had several incidents with this lady..
