Good sausage and egg biscuits

Ordered morning biscuit through drive thru.Spilled drink in car because cup lid not put on properly.Opened food and it was black from being burnt.No one should have served this to the public.Grill cook shouldn't have sent this out.No receipt was given to me.When I went back to fix the problem, Store manager was very rude to me and didn't care about fixing their mistake.She walked out after giving me my money and had No concerns about my problem at all.Me,my family,and my friends are boycotting Hardees and will be spreading the word about this location being rude and ugly to the public.What happened to food quality controll? The pandemic is no excuse to not take your job seriously.

Big improvement since the last visit many months ago. Service better... accuracy on the order.

Always had good experiences with Hardees but I ordered a mushroom and swiss burger and only got the mushroom and swiss they forgot the burger. Had to drive back.

Friendly staff with fast service. Food usually hot, fresh and correct.
