My husband and I were traveling out of town for business when I had an urgent need for medical treatment on a Saturday morning. We chose Warren Memorial Hospital Emergency Room based on the excellent reviews and WOW were they right! The receptionist was very personable and I was taken directly back without any wait time. The nurses and technicians were all extremely thoughtful! Dr. Behsudi was the attending physician and I cannot recall when I have had more prompt, personal and professional services ever!! I was draped in warm towels twice during my visit. So kind and thoughtful especially at a time when my anxiety and worry we’re running high. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone!!

I was here yesterday for some really bad stabbing pain in my left lung and Dr. Voorhees as well as Nurses Rachel and Kelsey exceeded my expectations. They took great care of me and took some lab tests and explained everything in great detail and were very understanding about my concerns. I definitely will choose Warren Memorial Hospital again if I have an emergency health concern!

I had a good experience at the ER. The nursing staff was nice and explained everything they were doing and why. The doctor was knowledgeable and thorough talking the time needed to explore different possibilities of what was ailing me.

Went to nursing home part to visit mother for 85th birthday. I can understand that with virus that you can't go in and would they play safe. BUT the setup the have for visit is cheap and pathetic. You just walk up to one of their normal outside windows. They open the window just far enough to put a risky dink listening device hooked to head phones for patients to hear and close the window. Now she can hear us but we have to look through screen and glass and try to hear her. Impossible. They can't talk loud enough to hear them through a closed window so you have to try to read lips. With what hospitals charge I think the can afford to go to Walmart and buy a temporary covering for those outside. You have to try to block the glare from the sun on the glass while looking through screen to even see. Things are hard enough not being able to hug my mother and say happy birthday and I love you without these cheapness making it harder on the families. Money over compassion. Cheap and thoughtless. Winchester hospital has always beat them hands down.
